The refund policy for shared hosting plans allows for a full refund within the first 7 days if there are technical difficulties with our server, if a promised feature is missing, or if there is another server error that we are unable to resolve. If you cancel within 7 days, the refund will only cover the shared hosting service, as most add-on products such as domains are not eligible for a money-back guarantee. In the case of a free domain, a non-refundable domain name registration fee will be deducted from the refund if cancelled within 7 days. After a refund request you will get the refund within 7-10 working days.
Wp Host Solution does not provide refunds for shared or reseller hosting cancellations made after 7 days, and changes of mind are not allowed within 7 days. There are no partial or full refunds for monthly services such as VPS/Dedicated servers, but if you have subscribed to these services for more than a month, you will receive a full refund for any unused period.
Refunds/Accounts Termination
If Wp Host Solution fails to provide the agreed upon services, a partial refund will be issued based on the amount of unused service. If Wp Host Solution is forced to suspend or cancel your service due to a violation of company policies, no refunds will be given. Upon request for account cancellation, your account will be temporarily suspended and then permanently deleted within a day. If an account remains suspended for more than 10 days due to any other reason, it will also be permanently deleted. In the event that a customer holds multiple accounts with Wp Host Solution, the company reserves the right to suspend all accounts if one or more are overdue on payments until all payments are caught up.
- If you are discovered to be in breach of our terms and conditions, there will be no refund.
- If you use our service for the second time, there will be no refund. It is only given to a buyer once for any product.
